There was a scripture that we didnt read in class that i thought was a great one pertaining to journal writing.
1 Nephi 1:17 "...after I have abridged the record of my father then i will make an accout of my own life."
My favorite scripture out of this weeks reading woould have to be...
1 Nephi 4:13 - Behold the Lord slayeth the wicked to bring forth his righteous purposes. It is better that one man should perish than that a nation should dwindle and perish in unbelief.
To me it sounds like something you would learn as a life lesson...except this came from God.
